Duties & Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of community-based public health programmes and research projects.
Assist with participant recruitment, health education, clinical assessment, data collection, and follow-up activities.
Perform clinical procedures including vaccination, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.
Maintain accurate clinical, operational, and research records in compliance with professional standards.
Coordinate programme logistics, workflow, and quality assurance across community settings.
Supervise junior staff and provide on-site guidance, training, and support.
Liaise with academic, clinical, and community stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation.

Hold a nursing qualification registrable with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and a valid practising certificate.
Possess a Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Have at least 5 years' post-registration experience, preferably in community health, public health practice, primary care, or related areas.
Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Show competency in phlebotomy, vaccination, specimen collection, and clinical procedures.
Have supervisory experience and ability to guide junior nursing staff and field teams.
Experience in community-based programmes and outreach work is advantageous.

Full-time; one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
