Duties & Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of community-based public health programmes and research projects.
- Assist with participant recruitment, health education, clinical assessment, data collection, and follow-up activities.
- Perform clinical procedures including vaccination, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.
- Maintain accurate clinical, operational, and research records in compliance with professional standards.
- Coordinate programme logistics, workflow, and quality assurance across community settings.
- Supervise junior staff and provide on-site guidance, training, and support.
- Liaise with academic, clinical, and community stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a nursing qualification registrable with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and a valid practising certificate.
- Possess a Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 5 years' post-registration experience, preferably in community health, public health practice, primary care, or related areas.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Show competency in phlebotomy, vaccination, specimen collection, and clinical procedures.
- Have supervisory experience and ability to guide junior nursing staff and field teams.
- Experience in community-based programmes and outreach work is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time; one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
