Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach workplace mediation and human resources management courses.
- Develop and update course materials and teaching resources.
- Assist in preparing, marking examination papers, and developing marking schemes.
- Attend course meetings to review content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Provide employment guidance to students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree in law, business administration, corporate governance, public administration, human resources, social work, psychology, or related field.
- Have at least five years of mediation experience, including at least three years of supervisory or training experience.
- Hold industry-recognized mediation credentials from recognized bodies.
- Possess strong professional networks in the mediation field.
- Pass a skills assessment test.
- Experience in course material development and teaching in employee retraining programs is preferred.
