Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses on nutrition consultant assistant roles.
- Develop and update course materials and lecture notes.
- Assist in preparing, marking examination papers and marking schemes.
- Attend course meetings to review content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Provide career guidance support to trainees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree with 5+ years relevant experience (including 3+ years in supervision or training), OR a higher diploma with 8+ years relevant experience (including 5+ years in supervision or training).
- Possess an international professional nutrition certificate (ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO).
- Have strong professional networks in the relevant industry.
- Pass a skills test.
- Course material development experience is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience with the Employees Retraining Board is an advantage.
