Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach Traditional Chinese Medicine and health-related courses.
- Develop and update course materials and teaching resources.
- Assist in exam paper review and marking standards.
- Attend curriculum meetings to review content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Provide employment guidance to students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree in TCM/Chinese medicine/acupuncture/bone-setting with 5+ years relevant work experience including 3+ years in supervision or training; OR hold a recognized diploma with 8+ years relevant work experience including 3+ years in supervision or training.
- Possess strong industry networks.
- Pass a skills assessment test.
- Experience developing course materials is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience with the Employees Retraining Board is an advantage.
