Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses related to wine promoter roles.
- Develop and update course materials and lecture notes.
- Assist in preparing examination papers and marking standards.
- Attend course meetings to review content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Provide career guidance support to students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree with 5+ years wine industry experience (including 3+ years in supervision/training), or an advanced diploma with 8+ years experience (including 3+ years in supervision/training).
- Possess good networks within the wine industry.
- Pass a skills test.
- Experience in developing course materials is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience with the Employees Retraining Board is advantageous.
