Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach food and beverage-related courses.
- Develop and update course materials and teaching resources.
- Assist in reviewing examination papers and marking criteria.
- Attend course meetings to review content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Provide employment guidance and career support to trainees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant advanced diploma or equivalent qualification with minimum five years industry experience, including at least three years in supervisory or training roles.
- Possess strong professional networks in the food and beverage industry.
- Pass a skills assessment test.
- Experience in developing course materials is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience with the relevant training authority is an advantage.
