Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach food and beverage-related courses.
- Develop and update course materials and teaching resources.
- Assist in preparing, marking examination papers and establishing grading standards.
- Attend course meetings to review content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Provide employment guidance to students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized advanced diploma or equivalent in culinary arts with at least 5 years of industry experience, including 3+ years in supervisory or training roles.
- Possess strong professional networks in the food and beverage industry.
- Pass a skills assessment test.
- Experience in developing course materials is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience with employee retraining programs is advantageous.
