Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach electrical and air-conditioning assembly courses.
- Develop and update curriculum content, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
- Handle student and teaching-related administrative work.
- Assist in organizing student activities and volunteer services.
- Manage procurement, maintenance, and upkeep of teaching facilities and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree with 3+ years of industry experience, or a relevant diploma with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Possess a valid electrical engineering personnel registration certificate.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teaching skills with enthusiasm for guiding disadvantaged youth.
- Speak fluent Cantonese and write proficient English and Chinese.
- Have computer literacy and pass a skills test.
- Relevant industry networks or teaching experience is preferred.
