Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach baking, food preparation, café service, bar operations, and cleaning practices to people with disabilities.
- Develop, review, and update curriculum content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
- Manage social enterprise café/snack shop operations, training, and outreach programs.
- Inspect facilities and equipment, and monitor maintenance and repairs.
- Support employment arrangements and provide job coaching for trainees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an advanced diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work and/or teaching experience.
- Speak fluent Cantonese and write in Chinese and English.
- Experience teaching people with disabilities is preferred.
- Pass a skills assessment.
