Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct school visits, assessments, interventions, observations, interviews and focus groups.
Collect data, perform qualitative analysis, and provide coaching to teachers.
Translate research findings into practical environmental and classroom strategies.
Deliver training and coaching to teachers, SENCOs and stakeholders.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
For OT I only: lead service delivery, supervise junior staff, and support whole-school service development.

Hold a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
For OT I: have at least five years post-qualification experience and supervisory experience.
Be registered with the Hong Kong Occupational Therapists Board with valid practising certificate.
Have knowledge of sensory processing and neurodivergence (description incomplete).

Contract — 6 to 12 months initially with possibility of further appointment (two OT I posts and three OT II posts available).
