Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and communications support for efficient daily office operations.
  • Deliver secretarial support to the Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Support team members in event management and publicity campaign execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Chinese and English word processing.
  • Be self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, detail-oriented, and willing to work weekends and outside regular hours.

Appointment

  • Full-time, Fixed-term contract of two years.
