Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the administration of student admission, enrolment, registration, and graduation for research postgraduate programmes.
- Conduct vetting and verification of student records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compile, analyse statistics, and prepare reports for programme administration.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in postgraduate programme administration or expertise in spreadsheets and databases.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on teamwork.
- Good analytical skills and strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2 years with possible re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
