Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of student admission, enrolment, registration, and graduation for research postgraduate programmes.
  • Conduct vetting and verification of student records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compile, analyse statistics, and prepare reports for programme administration.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in postgraduate programme administration or expertise in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on teamwork.
  • Good analytical skills and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.

Appointment

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2 years with possible re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
