Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Symphony Orchestra and Chorus.
- Liaise with the artistic director and orchestra/chorus members.
- Plan rehearsal and audition schedules.
- Manage promotion, publicity, and logistics for public performances.
- Perform administrative and accounting duties.
- Undertake committee and administrative work across various boards and meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 2 years' relevant work experience in arts/musical administration and promotion.
- Demonstrate strong customer management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess an outgoing personality and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Achieve high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
- Have musical arts knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
Appointment
- Full-time; Officer rank; may require duties outside normal office hours subject to rehearsal and performance schedules.
