Duties & Responsibilities

Teach students, assess their work, and maintain training facilities and equipment.
Provide academic support for programme development and student projects.
Develop curriculum and teaching materials for the programme.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Offer academic counselling to students.
Assist in programme validation and accreditation.
Participate in industry networking, departmental projects, and events such as performances and workshops.

Hold a recognised degree in Theatre and Entertainment Arts or equivalent, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Show proficiency in setting up and operating lighting equipment safely.
Have relevant experience in theatre, entertainment arts, live events, or concerts.
Possess event management experience (preferable).
Work effectively as a team player and independently under pressure.
Have industry or professional body connections (advantageous).
