Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee booking, maintenance, and safety of sports venues and PE facilities.
- Source, recruit, and prepare qualified sports coaches and instructors for onboarding.
- Serve as primary contact for external coaches and manage their contracts and schedules.
- Coordinate and manage timetables for all PE classes to optimize venue and instructor availability.
- Maintain records of coach hours, teacher training, and facility usage.
