Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform practical assessments for the Arboriculture Vocational Assessment (AVA).
- Conduct AVA assessments including preparation and venue setup.
- Develop assessment questions and marking schemes for AVA in Chinese if needed.
- Recommend suitable equipment, materials, and reference readings for AVA.
- Attend meetings as required by the AVA working group.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised higher diploma in Arboriculture, Landscape, Botany, Biology, Forestry, or Horticulture or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years' relevant work or teaching experience in related industry.
- Possess professional certification from recognised arboricultural institutions (preferred).
- Demonstrate good knowledge and practical experience in tree pruning and chainsaw operation.
- Have training experience in tree pruning and chainsaw operation (advantageous).
