Duties & Responsibilities

Teach students and supervise their projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Develop curriculum and create teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
Support programme validation and accreditation processes.
Build industry networks and contribute to departmental projects, consultancy, research, seminars, and exhibitions.

Hold a relevant recognised degree in health care, preferably as a registered nurse with work experience.
Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience in health care and elderly care services.
Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Show strong commitment to serving youth and experience managing less academically-inclined students.
Have established linkages with industry and professional bodies.
