Duties & Responsibilities

Teach students and conduct assessments in music production or stage lighting specializations.
Operate and maintain training facilities, equipment, and audio/lighting systems.
Develop curriculum and create teaching and learning materials.
Provide academic support and counselling to students.
Assist with programme validation and accreditation processes.
Collaborate with industry partners on events, performances, workshops, and consultancy services.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.

Hold a degree in Music Production/Technology, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrate fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Possess relevant industry experience in live music, recording studios, theatre, or entertainment production.
For Music Specialist: proficiency in DAW software (Pro Tools or Logic Pro) and FOH/MON experience.
For Lighting Specialist: proficiency in lighting equipment setup, operation, and safety protocols; preferably with event management experience.
Work effectively as a team player and independently under pressure.
Post-graduate qualifications and industry linkages are advantageous.
