Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver Whole Person Development modules on personal management, social awareness, and career skills to local and ethnic minority youth.
Develop and revise course curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment resources.
Perform student and academic administration duties.
Arrange career counseling and experiential learning programmes.
Organize and participate in student projects, functions, and extracurricular activities.

Hold a recognized degree in Social Work, Social Science, Liberal Studies, or relevant discipline.
Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or training experience.
Possess strong presentation, teaching, and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
Work independently and under pressure while collaborating effectively with teammates.
Understand Non-engaged Youth learning needs and show passion for teaching them.
Prior experience with ethnic minority youth is advantageous.
