Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to teaching and learning activities.
- Assist teachers in conducting recordings of speaking assessments.
- Prepare and set up equipment and facilities in classrooms and laboratories.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised diploma or higher certificate in a relevant discipline.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess good knowledge of computer hardware, networking operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Have experience using Windows PC and Mac systems.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Sanako Lab 100 Language Lab System is preferred.
