Duties & Responsibilities

Teach Fashion Design modules at sub-diploma level and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Develop curriculum and create teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
Network with industry partners and participate in departmental events, competitions, consultancy services, and exhibitions.

Hold a recognised higher diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent qualification.
Have at least 3 years' work or teaching experience in fashion design industry.
Demonstrate strong presentation, teaching, administrative, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Possess high proficiency in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Show motivation for programme and project development with established industry links.
Have experience leading students in local, international, or mainland fashion design competitions with commendable results.
