Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct classes and practical training in Food and Beverage Services, Front Office Operations, Food Cost Control, or Western Food Preparation.
  • Prepare and update training materials and assist in curriculum development.
  • Maintain training records and manage section inventory.
  • Support equipment maintenance, procurement activities, and student recruitment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised higher diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant work or teaching experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
  • Be able to pass a trade test.
