Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct classes and practical training in Food and Beverage Services, Front Office Operations, Food Cost Control, or Western Food Preparation.
- Prepare and update training materials and assist in curriculum development.
- Maintain training records and manage section inventory.
- Support equipment maintenance, procurement activities, and student recruitment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised higher diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work or teaching experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
- Be able to pass a trade test.
