Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage in teaching and related learning activities in Building Services Engineering.
- Support students in their learning and supervise capstone projects.
- Participate in academic and scholarly activities of the Department.
- Undertake academic and administrative support services.
- May be required to work at different locations and irregular hours, including weekends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Master's degree (Doctoral degree preferred) in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
- Possess at least 4 years of relevant teaching experience at tertiary level and/or work experience in building services engineering industry.
- Capable of developing teaching materials and delivering BSE subjects including HVAC, electrical systems, BIM, building automation, and facility management.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with high English proficiency; Chinese/Putonghua preferred.
- Professional institution membership (e.g. Hong Kong Institution of Engineers) and industry linkage records are advantageous.
