Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach business skills courses in assigned subject areas.
- Design and develop lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
- Create training materials, assignments, exams, and marking schemes.
- Grade student assignments and examinations.
- Perform student and academic administrative duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant recognized degree or equivalent, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
- Have at least 8 years' work experience in commercial sectors at executive management level in HR and Training Development, or 3 years' training/coaching experience in established corporations.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Possess high proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
