Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach construction management courses at bachelor's degree level and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
- Perform student and academic administration tasks including initial moderation of assessment and exam papers.
- Develop programme curriculum and create teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
- Deliver face-to-face courses, monitor student progress, and provide study advice.
- Assist in programme validation and accreditation.
- Supervise students' dissertations where applicable.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Master's degree in related disciplines or equivalent professional qualification.
- Have at least 4 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Possess knowledge in BIM execution planning, Autodesk applications, or construction project management (advantageous).
- Have at least one year of project supervision experience at tertiary education level for dissertation modules.
