Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses related to Chinese language education in the Cantonese stream.
- Develop course curriculum, teaching and assessment materials.
- Carry out student and academic administration duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a University degree and Master's degree or equivalent in Chinese language and literature, teaching Chinese as a second language, linguistics, or a relevant field.
- Have normally 3 years' post-qualification teaching experience at tertiary level.
- Demonstrate ability to design and deliver new courses and employ second language pedagogy.
Appointment
- Part-time, temporary hourly-paid basis for 1 year with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
