Duties & Responsibilities

Teach students and supervise their projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Develop curriculum and create teaching materials including syllabi.
Support programme validation and accreditation processes.
Build industry partnerships and participate in consultancy, research, exhibitions, and graduation events.

Hold a recognised degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Image Design, Hair Dressing, Make-up Styling, or equivalent qualification, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
Demonstrate strong teaching, administrative, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Show fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Display motivation for programme and new project development with hands-on experience in the field.
Possess proven industry and professional body linkages (advantageous).
