Duties & Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative pedagogical interventions combining language learning, intercultural education, and emerging technologies.
Develop research instruments, coordinate pilot studies, and manage data collection across multiple sites.
Conduct mixed-methods analysis using structural equation modeling, qualitative coding, and software tools like SPSS, R, and NVivo.
Explore AI applications for storytelling and feedback while co-designing curriculum modules aligned with intercultural and well-being objectives.
Disseminate findings through journal publications, conference presentations, and project reports.

PhD degree in Applied Linguistics, Educational Technology, TESOL, or a related field.
Strong expertise in intercultural communication, digital storytelling, and AI in education.
Proficiency in data analysis software including SPSS, R, and NVivo.
Excellent academic writing skills and ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
Preference given to candidates familiar with positive psychology frameworks and Hong Kong's higher education context.
