Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead research and development in prompt engineering, model post-training, API integration, and system performance optimization.
- Design and deploy automated solutions for complex business workflows using the in-house Agent platform.
- Independently design and develop AI service backends using Python and FastAPI framework.
- Manage PostgreSQL database design, optimization, maintenance, and integrate search engine technologies.
- Collaborate with legal compliance researchers and data engineers on training data and evaluation strategies.
- Analyze model outputs and compile professional research and performance reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Law and Technology, or related discipline.
- Have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at time of application.
- Demonstrate solid research experience and proficiency in Coze, Dify, LangGraph, and mainstream Agent construction frameworks.

- Part-time — 12 months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
