Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist project leaders in capacity-building, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery for physical literacy initiatives.
- Translate design research into educational practices through co-designing workshops, developing toolkits, and conducting spatial consultations.
- Plan and deliver multi-tier training workshops for kindergarten teachers, school leaders, and parents.
- Conduct theme-based research, story mapping, and site observations to support knowledge transfer and dissemination.
- Co-develop practical educational toolkits, manuals, and design-thinking activity kits for scalability.
- Synthesize qualitative insights from user engagement and liaise with researchers, designers, and external partners.
