Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Principal Investigator in conducting a research project.
Conduct literature reviews and recruit research participants for in-depth interviews.
Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Compile research reports and prepare materials for conference presentations and publications.
Provide project management support and organize research conferences, workshops, and forums.
Handle administrative tasks and perform other assigned duties.
Work irregular hours and weekends as needed for data collection and event management.

Hold a recognized bachelor's degree or above in social sciences or relevant disciplines.
Have at least one year of relevant work experience.
Be familiar with procedures for conducting in-depth interviews.
Possess strong knowledge and skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Be responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
