Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with participating schools to arrange assessment sessions and support the consent process.
- Administer computer-based assessment sessions and supervise student participants in schools.
- Manage assessment data through cleaning, coding, documentation and secure storage.
- Assist with statistical and psychometric analyses and preparation of reports and publications.
- Assist with development, translation and review of assessment tasks and questionnaires.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, statistics, computer science or related field required.
- Competence in data-analysis environments such as R or Python required.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Cantonese required.
- Master's degree, experience in educational assessment, psychometrics or school-based research advantageous.
