Part-time Research Assistant I / Senior Research Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist investigators in managing and processing research data for Communication-intensive Courses projects.
Review relevant literature and analyze research findings.
Support the project leader in various research activities related to course development.
Work 20-25 hours per week.

Hold a Master's degree or higher in Education, Communication, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
Have at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably in higher education.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Show experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data with strong qualitative research expertise.
Be proactive, self-motivated, and organized with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Possess proficiency in data analysis software (MAXQDA, NVivo) and MS Office applications.

Part-time contract — 6 months, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance; commence as soon as possible.
