Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in workshop sessions alongside gender minority participants.
- Undergo "train-the-trainer" briefings to learn intervention content and facilitation approaches.
- Provide emotional support and debriefing assistance to participants before, during, and after workshops.
- Assist the project team with on-site logistics and participant engagement as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project leader or delegates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Public Health, or related disciplines.
- Preferably be a member of gender minority or LGBTQ+ communities.
- Have a background in Gender Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or related disciplines (current students or recent graduates welcome).
- Demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and comfort working with diverse gender identities.
Appointment
- Part-time – less than 68 hours per four consecutive weeks.
