Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with publication work including editing, proofreading, and reference checking.
Conduct preliminary research and support data collection and analysis activities.
Prepare and coordinate interview arrangements and logistics.
Provide office administration support and liaison with internal and external parties.
Support daily operations of Centre programmes, projects, and activities.

Hold a recognised degree or above, preferably in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, English Language, Translation, or related discipline.
Possess strong knowledge of Modern Chinese literature, Classical Chinese literature, and ancient Chinese culture.
Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
Be competent in computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and editing.
Preferably have relevant experience.
