Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review learning materials related to translation technology and languages.
- Create and refine content including PowerPoint slides, scripts, videos, and multimedia resources.
- Provide assistance in project coordination and testing of tools, devices, and software.
- Assist in developing research instruments, data collection, and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal investigator.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree (for Research Assistant II) or master's degree (for Research Assistant I) in translation, linguistics, language education, or related discipline.
- Preferably have experience in teaching and research projects related to translation or education technology.
- Possess knowledge and skills in using AI-powered and translation technology tools.
- Preferably have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).
- Be detail-oriented, hardworking, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
