Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit research participants from the community for a mental health and healthy ageing study.
- Obtain consent documents and administer surveys for data collection.
- Conduct semi-structured interviews and transcribe audio recordings.
- Perform quantitative data analysis using SPSS and preliminary qualitative thematic analysis.
- Work at the university and visit NGO centres as required.
- Complete other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized bachelor's degree or above in Nursing, health science, or a related discipline.
- Have 1-2 years of research experience with knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Possess prior experience conducting statistical analysis and thematic analysis.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work independently.
