Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in research on employee socialization and intention to stay in hotels across the Greater Bay Area.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a master's degree or good honours degree with at least three years of research or relevant work experience.
- Be proficient in statistical analysis using SPSS and structural equation modeling using PLS-SEM and AMOS.
- Be fluent in academic research writing in English.
