Part-time Senior Research Assistant (several posts)

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate on qualitative research study design, including interview guides and focus group protocols.
Conduct in-depth interviews, moderate focus groups, and assist with participant recruitment.
Manage, code, and analyse qualitative data using relevant software.
Draft reports and presentations that synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Conduct literature reviews and ensure compliance with research ethics standards.

Master's degree or higher with 1+ years' experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in social sciences.
Proven experience independently designing, implementing, and analysing qualitative research using interviews and focus groups.
Proficiency in at least one qualitative data analysis software (NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, or Dedoose).
Strong ability to synthesize unstructured data and identify meaningful patterns.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Part-time, temporary hourly-paid basis for 1 year, commencing as soon as possible with possibility of renewal.
