Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on an assessment project aligned with the 2025 PISA framework in one domain.
- Complete OECD training on assessment task design.
- Develop age-appropriate digital assessment tasks and scoring rubrics for P4-S3 students.
- Draft interactive assessment items and formulate detailed scoring rules aligned with OECD and PISA standards.
- Collaborate with the project team on iterative refinement of assessment materials.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess extensive hands-on teaching experience in science or computing-related subjects at upper primary or junior secondary levels.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of computational or scientific inquiry practices, ideally including self-regulated learning.
- Write assessment items in English or Chinese.
- Work independently and collaboratively while meeting project guidelines and timelines.
- Preferred: experience developing assessment items mapped to curriculum frameworks and creating interactive items using block-based coding, concept maps, or spreadsheets.
