Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and compile data from financial databases and secondary sources.
- Conduct literature reviews on machine learning applications and workforce planning in finance.
- Assist in data cleaning, coding, and preliminary data analysis using statistical or machine learning tools.
- Prepare research materials, documentation, and progress reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme in Finance, Business Analytics, or related Business Program.
- Interest in machine learning applications and familiarity with quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Python, R, or Stata is advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
