Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide tutoring services for undergraduate or postgraduate courses in the Business and Administration school.
- Link leadership or HR theories to practical applications and student self-reflection.
- Support student learning in human resource management or leadership-related subjects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an honours degree in Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines.
- Possess a postgraduate degree or professional qualification (preferred).
- Have relevant teaching or work experience in HRM, leadership, training, or staff development.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Hong Kong employment law and HR practices (preferred).
Appointment
- Part-time contract for approximately one to two terms, starting September 2026.
