Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and operate the fitness room, including conducting induction courses for new users.
Provide technical support to staff and students using fitness room facilities.
Assist in setting up facilities and services for the Department.
Set up and support sports representative teams and arrange inter-university sporting events.
Assist academic staff in preparing and demonstrating sports-related practical classes and projects.
Design training materials and conduct practical training and workshops for students and staff.

Bachelor's degree or above in Physical Education, Sports, Sports Science, or related discipline.
Teaching experience, particularly in higher education or with adults.
At least one valid Strength & Conditioning certification (ASCA, UKSCA, or NSCA-CSCS).
Proven experience prescribing, delivering, and progressing S&C and personal training programmes.
Valid first aid certificate or evidence of working towards one.
High proficiency in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with teenage and adult populations, including high-functioning or professional individuals, is preferred.
