Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean offices, laboratories, and experimental equipment.
- Handle daily miscellaneous tasks and external errands.
- Follow supervisors' instructions and complete assigned work tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess Form 3 education or equivalent qualification.
- Have basic written Chinese and English abilities and good communication skills.
- Demonstrate proactive attitude and friendly teamwork spirit.
- Boiler and pressure vessel operation certificate or relevant work experience preferred (laboratory experience especially valued).
Appointment
- Full-time — Two-year contract or one-year temporary contract (renewable upon satisfactory performance); salary determined by qualifications and experience; benefits include paid leave, medical benefits, and end-of-contract gratuity plus 10% mandatory provident fund contribution for two-year contracts.
