Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Chinese medicine dispensary operations and related administrative tasks.
- Supervise safe use of medicines and maintain pharmaceutical storage management.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the Chinese medicine dispensary.
- Work rotating shifts across different locations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Chinese medicine or related subject from an accredited university.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in Chinese medicine dispensing in Hong Kong.
- Have 7 or more years of experience managing a Chinese medicine dispensary.
- Be familiar with Chinese medical theory, including herbal pieces and instant granules.
- Have experience in herbal processing, decoction services, computerised dispensing systems, inventory management, storage, and quality inspection.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, initiative, and ability to work independently.
