Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and simple maintenance work in student residences.
- Handle moving, transportation, and follow-up on engineering tasks.
- Assist with reception duties and handle miscellaneous tasks.
- Work on rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and during adverse weather.
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed Form 3 education or above.
- Fluent Cantonese speaker with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Water/electrical license and maintenance experience preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time (44+ hours per week) or Part-time (22+ hours per week) — One-year temporary contract or two-year fixed contract with potential renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
