Duties & Responsibilities

Provide vocational training in gift design, handicrafts, catering, cleaning, and computer applications to graduates.
Conduct workplace visits to monitor graduate performance and liaise with employers about their needs.
Arrange personalized support and professional counseling for graduates with workplace adjustments.
Help graduates find suitable employment by contacting potential employers.
Manage on-the-job training at the social enterprise, including product development and work skills instruction.
Organize career orientation and personal development activities to enhance employment prospects.
Inspect facilities and monitor equipment installation, maintenance, and procurement.
Maintain records for employment support services and on-the-job training operations.

Hold an advanced diploma or equivalent in multimedia or product design with at least 3 years of related work or teaching experience.
Speak fluent Cantonese and write Chinese and English proficiently.
Have preferred experience in rehabilitation services, teaching people with disabilities, or handicraft design.
Pass a skills test.
