Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, operate, maintain and service institute facilities and equipment, and assist with regular inspections.
- Manage procurement, maintenance, repair and record-keeping of materials and tools.
- Transport departmental equipment and handle waste disposal while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Support institute events and exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete an accredited training course with at least 2 years' relevant work experience, or pass a skills test with at least 2 years' experience.
- Demonstrate familiarity with building maintenance and repair, including electrical equipment installation and operation.
- Read and write Chinese and simple English.
- Hold a valid Class A Registered Electrical Worker certificate (preferred).
