Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and repair building facilities including electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry work.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and monitor contractor repairs.
Assist with repair work and coordinate daily tasks for junior staff.
Manage procurement of materials and tools for maintenance work.
Support contractor projects executed by the organization.

Hold a relevant technician certificate with four years of experience, or tradecraft training with five years of experience.
Be proficient in reading and writing Chinese and basic English.
Possess basic computer skills including email operations.
Have basic knowledge of building facilities such as fire, plumbing, and security systems.
Priority given for aircraft maintenance, marine engineering, non-destructive testing, sheet metal, painting/coating, or composite materials experience.
