Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and deliver Chinese culinary training courses with practical hands-on instruction.
- Develop and update teaching materials and assist with curriculum development.
- Manage classrooms and maintain related records.
- Assist with procurement, maintenance and upkeep of department facilities and equipment.
- Support recruitment of trainees and provide employment guidance.
- Oversee daily operations of training programmes and training kitchen.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an advanced diploma in hospitality, culinary science, Chinese cooking or related field, plus three years or more relevant work or teaching experience.
- Pass a skills assessment.
- Possess a hygiene manager certificate (preferred).
- Be able to prepare Cantonese dim sum (advantageous).
- Be fluent in written and spoken Chinese with Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Be proficient with general computer software.
