Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, operate, maintain and service college facilities and equipment, and assist with regular inspections.
- Supervise junior staff and contractors on maintenance, repair work and construction project progress.
- Manage procurement, maintenance, repair and record-keeping of materials and tools.
- Transport college equipment and handle waste disposal while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Support college events and exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete accredited training course with minimum two years relevant work experience, or pass skills test with two years experience.
- Possess knowledge of building maintenance and repair work, and understand electrical equipment connections, installation and operation.
- Read and write Chinese and simple English.
- Hold valid Grade A Registered Electrical Worker certificate (preferred).
